Not at all. In any warranty issue, you would contact us in the first instance and we would handle everything with the owner of the product. You would only have to deal with Nth Degree Audio.

It depends on the method of payment:

Debit/Credit card payments: we only ship to the address the payment card is registered to. No exceptions.

PayPal payments: we will ship to any address as long as it is a Verified address on your PayPal account.

Bank Transfer (BACS): we will ship to any address you ask us to.

Yes, we ship all over the world. We have worldwide transit insurance in place, so we can ship safely and securely.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Sometimes we have free shipping on certain items to certain destinations.

All orders are shipped within 2 working days at the latest.

In terms of transit time, that depends on where you are in the world:

U.K.: Deliveries are always by Royal Mail 1st Class mail or 24-hour courier (Parcelforce or DPD)

Europe: Deliveries will be by Royal Mail International Standard mail (accessories) or by DPD courier (pre-owned) and delivery will take between 2 to 5 working days. depending on the destination country.

Rest of the World: Deliveries will be by Royal Mail International Standard mail (accessories) or by major courier (pre-owned) and delivery will take between 4 to 7 working days. depending on the destination country. The major couriers we use are DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT.

All deliveries by major courier will have a tracking number which will be relayed to you once the shipment is booked.

With small accessories you will have the option to purchase a tracked mail service if you want to.

All pre-owned products sell with a 3 month warranty.

If there is a manufacturer's warranty with any product, this will be highlighted in the individual item's listing.
